More than 25 of the most anticipated new restaurants coming to Nashville in 2025

The Noelle on 4th Avenue is partnering with Richard Sandoval Hospitality to open a contemporary Mexican restaurant in the hotel early next year. This will be Lona's third location, and its first outside of Florida. The first two are in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale.

Some menu highlights include tuna ceviche, shrimp pastor tacos, short rib enchiladas, a lobster quesadilla and housemade churros with chocolate and dulce de leche dipping sauces.
